Kimberly Hale brings a unique blend of creativity and legal acumen to her role as Associate Attorney at Bains Law. In a former career, Kimberly spent seven years working in marketing in different industries, including construction and technology. During her time before attending law school, she developed a keen eye for detail and a passion for effective communication. Kimberly often found herself engaged in lively debates about the nuances of the Oxford comma, showcasing her meticulous approach to language and grammar.
Kimberly's journey into the legal profession was inspired by her enthusiasm for learning. She pursued her Juris Doctorate at the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law while working full-time, demonstrating her dedication and perseverance in transitioning to a legal career.
As a vegan, Kimberly brings a strong sense of compassion and empathy to her legal practice. She also believes that a home is not complete without the joyful presence of dogs. Currently, she shares her life with two sweet and slightly unruly puppies.
As an Austin, Texas resident, Kimberly finds joy in the live-music scene, perusing local thrift shops, and attending comedy shows. As a former athlete, she proudly touts her title of “8th Grade Athlete of the Year,” a distinction she never lets her husband, a former D1 athlete, forget.
